Amazon is seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the Customer Returns team.You will lead large scale programs and have responsibility for driving innovation and advocating on behalf of our customers.
Leveraging a large technology team and world-class design team, you will build a suite of customer-facing products and services.
You will own current and future innovations on behalf of our customers across multiple platforms, devices, and media types (website, mobile devices, social media, apps, SMS, email etc.).
As the Program Manager in Customer Returns for Amazon.in you will own all operational requirements for the returns workflow.
This includes all aspects of returns transportation and Fulfillment Center returns operations. You will lead by example to be just as passionate about operational performance and predictability as you will be about all other aspects of customer experience.
