We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate with a focus on Lead Generation. This is an immediate hire and will be based out of our Bangalore office.
The Marketing Associate will be an expert at generating, prospecting and qualifying leads that drive the sales pipeline. This role is not only critical but an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven and motivated by uncovering great opportunities.

You will be part of the Sales and Marketing Support Team. It undertakes the Marketing effort of the organization and supports the onshore Sales Team based out of the United States with high-quality prospecting leads, collaterals, and thought leadership contents.
The team is tasked to identify opportunities and deploy the best resources to build our brand.
Understand the business and industry in which XcelPros operates to find prospective clients for the business
The candidate is expected to conduct extensive research to identify prospects by leveraging LinkedIn, industry forums, sales navigator, events, Manta, Hoovers, competitive intelligence, and other forms of desk research
Identify business opportunities by prospecting clients and evaluating their position in the industry
Update CRM with the research finding
You will regularly maintain XcelPros's CRM and be responsible for structuring the content of the CRM for actionable insights and lead generation
Provide sales support to the sales personnel to line up prospects and provide R&D;
Understand and contribute towards the inclusion and exclusion criteria for evaluating a prospective client
Manage end-to-end Marketing campaign cycle, including launching emailers and measuring the success of the campaigns
Conduct research on industries, products, competitors, and technologies relevant to XcelPros. Study information to help XcelPros make decisions about their product, positioning, service, and / or market
Stay abreast of the developments in relevance to the products, technology, and industry
You will be responsible for maintaining the email content calendar
Maintain, develop, and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
Identify potential websites, journals, and forums to publish XcelPros's marketing contents
Contribute towards Marketing Automation, SEO efforts, and other task as deemed necessary
Identify quality prospects, sectors, and services across the US
Develop high-impact Marketing Content consistently
Author well-researched Thought Leadership contents including Whitepaper, Articles, Blogs, etc.
