5-7 Years of experience in IT recruitment (Preferably in US Staffing / Consulting) in Oracle Technologies
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Outbound recruiting of qualified resources.
Explore Job Boards, Social Networks (e.g. LinkedIn) & Other conventional / unconventional sourcing means to create pipeline to support organization's consulting services / implementation needs in Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Finance Cloud & Mulesoft technologies space across North America & India.
Project XDuce's image in the best possible manner to attract quality potential Candidates
Implement recruiting campaigns from time to time as & when required to give enhanced visibility
Work with XDuce internal Technical Panel to set up internal screening / assessment
Build relationship with shortlisted consultants by connecting with them at regular intervals and update availability as well as constraints
Prepare & Submit status reports of talent pool as requested by management
Education and / or Experience
Any Graduation or equivalent.
Solid expertise in searching and screening candidates including but not limited to Job Boards / Resume Banks, Social Networks.
Basic understanding of Oracle technologies landscape (especially Oracle Cloud HCM, FI, EBS, Peoplesoft, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Excellent verbal & written communication & "people skills "
Understanding of US Work permits & related issues
Must be a highly energetic, self motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with other stakeholders and all levels of management.
Prior technical recruitment experience with Oracle or Oracle Partner or in fulfilling staffing needs requiring expertise in Oracle Products / Platforms
