This role is in support of large customer network. providing LAN and WAN services, security and IP Telephony Services in relation to request fulfillment activities.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Tech support to work with customer to interpret business requirements in to executable MACD requests for both data networks and IP telephony
MACD / SR preparation
MACD / SR form completion
Managing service requests to make sure that they are not breached.
Providing status on service request to customers
Updating service requests
Escalating service requests to the next level of support if necessary.
Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures and suggest improvements
Key Competencies and Skills :
IT Service Desk experience preferred
Knowledge of data and IP Telephony networks
Excellent and demonstrable customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative.
Advanced English language
Education and Qualifications :
Cisco Certification CCNA
Experience of Cisco IP Telephony
2 years' experience in an IT service desk environment
ITIL Foundation Certificate

Working hours : EMEA (approx. 9.00am-5.30pm)
Contract : Unlimited
Salary from 1700 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
