We are currently seeking a Network Support Senior Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Responsibility :
Provide daily maintenance and High priority incident / problem resolution for network and Security -related issues
Operate and maintain LAN / WAN equipment and its related service
Good knowledge in Cisco Switches and Cisco Wireless devices. AIR-CT2504 AIR-WLC2112
Hands-on Experience on Aruba and ENTERASYS L3 / L2 switches and WAN Routers are added advantages
Identify, diagnose and resolve complex network problems in LAN controller.
Provides support for network connectivity or related network issues for the user community.
Network Installation : Plans and monitors the installation of network systems (Switches and WiFi Devices).
Troubleshoots diagnoses and resolves network problems.
Analyzes facilities bandwidth requirements and system interdependencies. Develops capacity planning models.
Provides network planning recommendations to L3 and Subject matrix Expert.
Evaluates services provided by vendors and recommends changes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5+ years of Network Data experience
Certification
CCNA preferred and CCNP Recommend
