We are looking for someone with 2-6 yrs of experience who has worked on IT requirements (Technical).

Should have hands-on experience on working on end to end recruitment cycle.

Candidate should have worked on direct clients in a VMS environment and well aware of various VMS systems

Good knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.

Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools job sites, networking sites and other sourcing methods independently (i.

e. : Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn etc).

Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets.

Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Should have handled salary negotiation and offer rollout without any support.
