Job Description

1.Pre Execution Activities :

Formulate execution plan as per the LOI

Maintain financial plan i.e Cash-flow, Profit & Loss statement

Formulate and deploy manpower as per the deployment plan

Formulate material and logistic plan i.e setting up offices, Stores, IT infrastructure, Guesthouse, Vehicle plan, tool & tackles, safety equipment and material etc.

Plan & execute survey activities and aggregate the approved survey and BOQs

Forecast & demand material in full kit

Assess the risk in the project and institute risk mitigation measures


Identify and deploy reputed agencies (Sub contractor) for erection

Allocate execution target to all block in-charges / site engineers.

Conduct periodic reviews meetings and review the progress of the block, vis-z-vis plan, review material status, billing status, and take remedial measures if any

Ensure financial review to ascertain that execution is within the budget

Delivery of the project conforming to quality standards and safety norms

Establish working relationship with all govt bodies and stake holders i.e Electricity board, Safety Inspectors, labour Commissioner, Police etc.

Ensure the execution is done within the budget, and continuously optimizing operational cost

Interact and motivate all the team members, identify training needs, review performance, counsel team members to obtain optimum performance & career growth

Monitor and ensure availability and usage of safety equipments by personnel (Contract Labour, Supervisor, Engineers), provide safety training and ensure execution conforming with the laid down safety norms

Ensure safety and upkeep of company property such as Tool, Tackles, Guest house, Vehicles etc in the block

3.Post Execution Activities :

Timely submission of bills

Follow-up with the client for quick processing of bills and conversion to cash as per target

Monitor cost of execution viz & viz planned cost

Ensure maintenance of records of material consumption Actual v / s Survey

Ensure parity of the certified quantity by the client V / S sub-contractor quantity

Ensure material reconciliation of issued material v / s JMC certified material

Submit periodical reports to Client and HO

Periodical audits of the stores and accounts

Maintaining and upkeep the documents required for project closure

4.Statutory Compliance

Obtain electrical inspectorate permission for charging a facility i.e Feeder / Substation

Obtain labour license from Labour Commissioner

Ensure Workmen compensation policy available at site

Ensure legal compliances are met at site i.e PF, ESIC, minimum wages etc
