CRO COO, BDC / ServiceCo Coordinator function is responsible for establishing a pan CRO BDC Governance to address the specific BDC site management priorities (leadership, management, control, cost, SLA etc) and to ensure all site priorities are covered.

The function also represents the Risk function in pan CS BDC forums and firm-wide BDC priorities.

The CRO BDC Coordination / Support lead will work with the appointed global CRO BDC Site leads to

  • Coordinate pan CRO priorities for the BDC,
  • Bring together a common view and develop plans to execute key CRO BDC priorities
  • Actively participate in and support the CRO BDC leads in driving the various priorities (e.g. Human capital, Service Delivery, Control etc)
  • Provide ongoing tracking / status reporting of various CRO BDC priorities and
  • Be the secretariat for all governance forums & facilitate discussion materials for internal and external (to CRO) forums
  • Disseminate information from BDC forums (where required) to CRO BDC leads
  • The CRO BDC Coordination / Support lead will also be required to collaborate with the CRO ServiceCo leads in ensuring best practices and common views across ServiceCos and BDCs
  • This is a VP platform but high performing / high potential AVPs will also be considered for a fast track career progression opportunity
  • You Offer

  • A graduate with minimum 5-8 years of experience in a COO / strategy function, driving strategic priorities and demonstrable outcome.
  • A strong collaborator who is able to negotiate and influence outcome with senior stakeholders.
  • Very strong communication (both spoken / written) and presentation skills.
