This role is to cover Scrum Master and core implementation responsibilitiesfor one of the Open Account Agile Teams.
The Scrum Master acts as a servant-leader and coach to the team,creating and maintaining the conditions that allow the team to be successful,and ensuring the team has the resources that it needs to complete the workassigned.
Actively contribute and championthe development of the change delivery process.

Facilitate the Agile Scrumceremonies to high quality, in line with other Open Account Agile teams
Support the Product Owner,especially with respect to product backlog refinement
Work with the team, Product Ownerand stakeholders to identify, describe, track, prevent and resolve risksand remove or facilitate removal of impediments
Lead and managesoftware / infrastructure implementations into the Production and DisasterRecovery environments
Support the PMO and Head of OpenAccount in ensuring Barclays governance standards (Lean Control) are appliedwithin the team
Maintains financials for the teamand any external spend
Assist with internal and externalcommunication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Assist the team to continuallyimprove its processes in order to drive efficiency and reduce cycle timeto market, whilst maximising quality deliverables
Conduct analysis of metrics andperformance data to help the team self-optimise and to report progress
Build a trusting and safeenvironment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, orbeing judged
Understand the Agile process andlead the Agile agenda within Open Account for your defined scope
Provide coaching and mentoring toothers within Open Account, or those part of the Better Products Faster initiative
Deliver using good communicationand facilitation skills.
Scrum Master qualification
E2E ProjectManagement skills and qualifications, e.g. PMP
Ability to handlefinancial governance / cost models
