About the Role :
The Unit Manager manages an outbound team (on partner payrolls) across various Banking products. The Unit Manager manages around 150 member team with the support of 9 to 10 Team Leaders and is responsible for driving sales, productivity, increasing cross-sell, reducing cost to income and increasing profitability and growth of the channel.
