Objectives of this Role

Work as a product owner with our development teams in Hyderabad, primarily focused on real-time processing pipelines, identity resolution, augmentation

Maintain product backlogs that are driven by business needs and inter-team dependencies

Write user stories, define & validate acceptance criteria, and participate in scrum team ceremonies

Closely work with scrum team on day-to-day activities, grooming and clarifying backlog items

Negotiate product requirements and user experience with the time and effort to build, striking the right balance between product features and timeliness to market

Obsess over the product’s user experience and advocate strongly for the customer

Work with key stakeholders to analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved

Create & maintain artifacts for product features, such as documentation, presentations, demos, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field

Previous software and web development experience

Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

Be able to inspire a team by having a strong vision, leading by example, and bringing a customer perspective to deeply technical conversations

Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

Highly effective global cross-functional team collaboration, with strong communications skills

Hands-on experience with JIRA, real-time streams processing, identity resolution, query languages (e.g. SQL)

Bonus Qualifications

Proven experience working as a product manager in a non-managerial role

Demonstrable knowledge in analytics, marketing, advertising

Experience with Scala, React, Spark, Samza, Hadoop, NoSQL & graph databases
