Lead kick off meetings with the locations and explain the data collection and requirements process. Complete onsite assessments of the physical locations and collect data to be populated into site survey document.

Gathering all necessary information about the technical infrastructure / environment. Complete site surveys on time, ensure files are up to date and completed for end user data, and other site survey gather.

Review any additional data that may need to be collected for proper provisioning for all datacenter and their future including data center inventory, rack and stack, cabling, power, and ensuring all emergencies and DR plans are up to date.

  • Ability to lead and manage third party IT support teams, understanding and enforcing contractual obligations, and managing both operational and financial aspects of a Service Providers agreement.
  • Providing support to cloud migration, decommission of assets, site surveys, documentations and governance.
  • Coordination of task with vendors beginning from providing temporary access, security assessments, audits governance and collaboration with impacted stakeholder.
  • Tracking access request, PO approval request etc.

  • Ensuring communication to ensure business continuity, DR assessments, updates licenses, assets management.
  • Governance and audit support at all DC.
  • Be part of a mobilization team that supports deployments and break / fix activities at datacenter locations experiencing high work volumes.
  • Support leadership with forecasting and budget efforts as required. Share current project status with upstream and downstream partners, ensuring crisp and complete handoffs between teams’
  • Establish milestones for equipment, devices, purchase and decommissioned and track and report against these milestones.
  • Assist with the selection and review of a contractor to support the structured cabling work within a data center.

  • Basic networking concepts knowledge
  • Decommission process of EOSL assets.
  • Experience handling Incident, Change and Problem management focused projects.
  • Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.
  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience working in IT industry.
  • Cloud certification preferred but not required.
  • PMP Certification (Preferred)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, non-business hours, or other scenarios required by the flow of operations
  • Provide Onsite support during unplanned incident and changes.
