It is also India's definitive destination for exclusive Fashion and Electronics brands.Here’s what we believe in : We obsess over customer delightWe are out there to find an alternate way of doing e-commerceWe carry an attitude to develop a culture of learning and continuous improvement, both for people and processesOur goals will be ambitious, demand significant stretchWe believe in Uncomfortable TransparencyWe will always be respectful, empathetic and caring about the well-being of our teams Roles & Responsibilities - Conceptualize, prioritize, and execute & measure impact of new features - Conceptualize Identifying and solving problems with a customer centric approach by deep diving into the customer journey and developing a deep understanding of customer psyche - Prioritize to solve the right problems at the right time - Execute Oversee the development of various features by working closely with designers, developers, the scrum master and business teams / other product funnels - Impact Keep a tab on data / product metrics to study the impact of new features being rolled out - Support day to day operations related to healthy functioning of the platform - Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams as a scrum owner and ensure timely and quality delivery of the product roadmap - 1-2 years’ experience in product / program management / development, preferably with ecommerce or product companies - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • MBA preferred but not necessary ·Detail oriented and ability to analyse and interpret data ·Knowledge agile sprint planning and first principles of product management ·Experience in internal search or SEO preferred but not necessary.
