Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves Managing day-to-day interactions with the client & internal teams on any data requirement for the account
A passionate marketer to join the JLL team. You will help launch and drive growth for a new service offering in Asia Pacific and serve as a member of JLL’s regional marketing team.

Drive growth through impactful marketing campaigns
Partner with sales and business teams to develop business line campaigns that generate sales qualified leads
Define target audiences, create contact lists and drive an effective segmentation strategy
Execute micro campaigns for small segments of clients and prospects
Refine and tailor global assets and approach for local market execution
Execute, analyze and refine digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation in key markets
Report outcomes to senior leadership
Build a platform for lead generation
Work with sales and business leaders to develop definitions, protocols and process flow for incoming leads to key product lines
Oversee lead evaluation and scoring and develop and implement handoff process to sales
Develop reporting and dashboards to measure and track results to leadership
Apply learnings to refine and improve campaign performance
Show us that you can deliver high performing campaigns and have worked hands-on with Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and SAVO or similar marketing tools
Experience with marketing analytics and using data to refine and improve campaign performance
Understanding of core marketing principles, including brand and messaging, audience segmentation and sales enablement
Strong technical and analytical mindset to help predict and eliminate sales obstacles
Comfortable adapting and exploring new technology
Good writing and communication skills are essential - native level English is important
Ability to partner with teams across multiple time zones and cultures
Strong project management skills and a working style that is assertive, decisive and efficient
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
Degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred
7-10 years of professional experience in Marketing Communications
Skilled on Eloqua and other email marketing tool, with sound knowledge of email marketing and lead generation
Graduates / Postgraduates from journalism / communication institutes
