Job Description

Looking for dynamic and creative digital graphic designer with 6 to 10 years of experience. Provide solution and develop modules like - eLearning, Gamification, micro-Learning, simulation modules, infographics, email templates, PowerPoint, Videos, business templates and more.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with domain leaders and stakeholders / SME, understand the requirement, guide in writing storyboard, involve in brainstorming sessions, provide solutions and attend briefings for better understanding.

Further to discussion / conceptualize, deliver strong design / digital modules across business units supported.

Should be able to independently handle task / project and deliver digital modules on time. Must have good planning and time management skills

Should have good knowledge of LMS and LXP (Admin rights to pull report).

Should be able to work well under pressure, customer service orientated and have Interpersonal and conflict handling skills.

Must have good communication skills

Must have excellent experience in software like

Articulate Storyline 360 & Triggers or Adobe Captivate

User Interface designing

Qualifications

Relevant 3 year Degree or Diploma certification
