Exprerience -7 to 13Yrs
Influence and shape transition solutions, working with bid team,solution analysts andarchitects;
Contribute to proposal development (from client request through tofinal issue and potentially subsequent projectdelivery);
Build and maintain a good working relationships with key internaland externalstakeholders;
Adherence to mandated processes andprocedures.
Develop and uses various analysis, monitors their usage by teammembers ensuring quality results and overall objectives are notcompromised
Develop / maintain awareness of Capgemini processes and standardswhen preparing various reports required by internal management orcustomer
Provide assistance to team members on transition, ensures all worksare done according to the agreed (comprehensive, realistic andeffective) transition plans.
Applies focus to all assignedtasks / project elements to ensure no potential issues are overlooked / created
Delivery of project responsibilities to time, cost andquality, accountable for assignments up to 100s €k and / orparticipates in thefollowing :
defining project approach, scope, milestones, success criteria,deliverables, risks and contingencies ensuring that qualityassurance activities areembedded
identify and manage changes in scope, obtain client buy in,identify further revenueopportunities;
ownership of project financials (relating to project activity underyour management) and manage month end processes and forecastinginputs;
defining and allocating appropriate resourcerequirements
ensuring planning activities are aligned with internal (management)and external (client) needs, recognizing life balance of staff andstaff rotationplans
proposing solutions that meet or exceed client needs andexpectations and align with the Group’sstrategy
creating a value proposition in collaboration with client thathighlights the advantages of the organization’sservice
monitoring and assessing the value delivered to the clientthroughout the project lifecycle
ensuring Group planning tools and methodologies areutilized
Ensure effective communication / knowledge sharing across projectstreams, ensures project status / objectives are understood by allparties involved.
Promotes communication among Capgemini / clientteam members and encourages dialogue that addresses keyissues.
