You will be responsible for coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate information. You will be working on addressing client queries with a minimal response time, escalating critical issues to relevant teams like product, development, sales & marketing etc.
supporting day-to-day operations by maintaining good relations with existing clients and new accounts acquisitions. You will also be required to support large client onboarding processes on an ad hoc basis.
