Expert in troubleshooting & administration of routers and switches with different customers.

Understanding of voice protocols like SS7, SIP, H323 Megaco, RTP, Sigtran, Secured SIP.

To be familiar with various interconnect topologies on PSTN, DSN, ISDN and IP technologies.

Hands on experience on Soft Switch, MGW, SBC and signalling gateways.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF. Troubleshooting skills on Frame Relay ATM, ISDN, Leased line Cisco and Juniper Hardware.

Exposure on Tunnelling Protocols (IPSEC I GRE).

Analytical and troubleshooting skills for ISDN / SIP PRI links.

Aware about PSTN, SIP call flows and troubleshooting skills.

Hands on knowledge in managing PSTN / IP PBX or call managers.

Routing / Switching : Advance troubleshooting skills. Able to direct the right Protocol and resolve issues.

Internetworking : Configure & Verify Firewalls, VPN, IDS, IPS, UTM devices hardware and software operation using all commands.

Strong knowledge on all functionalities of Plugs / policies / Public Private security

Advance knowledge on various tools used in the enterprise networks.

Level Descriptor :

Should be able to respond quickly on the faults reported to the desk

Able to identify problems and provide inputs to improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques drawing from personal experiences and feedback.

Has skills and knowledge that will allow them to adapt to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues, challenges, problems within their field of specialization.

Education : Engineering Graduate (CCNA Voice) certification preferred)

Experience : 2-4 years

Equipment's : Cisco, IPSA, Juniper, Huawei, ALU is must

Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills. Good knowledge to use Trouble Ticket- and Monitoring systems. Good Written & Verbal communication
