There is an immediate opening for a Sr Manager â EDD (Experimental Development and Design Department) in Honeywell India Technology Center in Gurgaon.
Accountabilities of this position include :
ÃEnsure site Engineering design function operates safely while meeting / exceeding HS&E, productivity, security and Compliance.
ÃLead Pace City Site Operations team (HS&E, Facilities, Administration and Maintenance) to ensure that the HITC has the support it need to accomplish their respective goals.
Ã HS&E : - Maintain 0-0-0 at Pace City Site. Successful completion Corporate HSE audit.
ÃEnsure all legal / statutory licenses & compliances are in place as per governmentâs requirements.
ÃActively engage with the local industrial community personals and local residents for smooth functioning of operation.
ÃEnsure efficient Pilot plant operations management and achieve availability, utilization & quality target.
ÃManage Engineering construction and design team and ensure on time delivery of major, minor and modification projects supporting UOP and AM technology areas.
ÃWork with the Finance Team to ensure the site operations within its financial plan . Track HITC spending, and coordinate with Finance team to provide source expense forecasts.
ÃWork with businesses and Functional groups to develop and execute a long-term site plans, including infrastructure improvements, building, site expansions etc.
ÃWork with the Process & Product Development group and Des Plaines Engineering Designs & Constructions group to ensure on time completion of NPD programs.
ÃSupport preparations of AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and STRAP for HITC
ÃLead HOS Implementation for site operations and align with HOS programs from business.
