E2E Costing Executive, Operations
Scope / expectations :
Take ownership of all the costing delivery to the E2E Manager for the vertical (IPG cluster) including Multi-Country costs for both offline and online costing
Conduct thorough review of DSF for completeness
Ensure that TAT of 24 hours for cost delivery is met
Proactively suggest on simplification of DSF and utilize past experience and learnings to arrive the best optimized quotes.
Proactive comparison of costs to confirm they are in line with similar prior projects before sharing it
Maintain a costing tracker and publish it to E2E Lead and Managers every month.
Work towards aligning rate cards for CAPI, CAWI and CATI projects with vendors.
Work closely with the Client Servicing Team and E2E Manager to highlight missing inputs in DSF / clarify in order to do the FTR costing in a timely manner
For online / CATI costing, coordinate with vendors to get the quotes
Do proactive comparison of costs to confirm they are in line with similar prior projects before sharing it
Achieve TAT of 24 hours
Proactively give suggestions to improve efficiency in costing process by regular review / revisions of the costing
Provide regular feedback on the costing concerns and issues to E2E manager
Perform other related functions / tasks that may be assigned by CI Ops Leads
Maintain trackers and publish to the leads and stakeholders to take account of things
Prepare summary report with data on TAT, revisions, OPE and EBITA for the respective verticals
