About You :
You have 6 Years to 9 Years experience in user experience and interface design for mobile and web applications (We'll be most interested in seeing what you've made.
Please share your portfolio along with the application).
You explore, design, and document digital user experiences grounded in user, business, and technical insights.
You have a strong sense of empathy for the user to create functional, cohesive and usable experiences.
You're a systematic thinker - you can logically visualize complex systems and user interaction flows
Ability to conduct user research, assess design effectiveness with data and intelligently integrate findings into your work.
Knowledge of grid systems, layout, typography, information hierarchy, user flow, and UX methodologies
Adeptness with design and prototyping tools - Sketch, InVision
You mentor and guide one or more members of your design team
Collaborate closely with the Product team to define features and contribute to the overall direction of the product.
Work with Engineering teams to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
Design sketches, wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for product features Create / manage design systems
Own one or more product areas
Mentor junior members of the team
Education Qualifications : Tier1 Design Schools
