Job Description and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in a broad range of HR functions such as staffing, training, organization development, diversity, and compensation.
  • Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment with a demanding workload while balancing changing / competing priorities and taking sometimes unpopular positions.
  • Effective in managing conflict / dealing with controversy.
  • Function effectively across a global, round-the-clock, highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence at all levels of an organization, project management skills, problem-
  • solving and decision-making skills and experience leading organizational change.

  • Strong knowledge of country labor law and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office Package and HCM systems ( SAP, Oracle ).
  • Responsibilities : -

  • Under the guidance of the HR Manager, provide HR functional support, advice, and counsel to the management teams on significant human resource issues and challenges and drive towards cost-
  • effective, globally-integrated comprehensive solutionsLead / facilitate the global Performance Management-related process, Human Resource Planning HRP , appraisals, compensation planning, development planning) within the business / functions.

    Drive for global alignment, quality, consistency and compliance with company policies and practices.

  • Partner with the business / function leaders and employees in the client organization(s) to reinforce and support our diversity initiatives.
  • Drive the application of the Integrated Talent Management framework within the client organizations with which they are aligned.
  • This includes partnering with the business / functional leaders and the regional HR counterparts to identify the key talent management challenges facing the organization, helping develop comprehensive HR solutions with the HR Centers of Excellence, and executing appropriate actions.

  • Provide day-to-day advice, guidance and support to employees and managers on issues related to career development, performance management, staffing, learning, compensation, recognition, diversity, team development, resource planning, change management, position evaluations etc.
  • Reviewing / updating of HR Policies and Employee Handbook; assessment regarding compliance and market practice.
  • Ensure API participation in HR market study surveys and compile Compensation & Benefits practices.
  • Facilitate and lead the functional requirements in determining the right training needs (internal & external trainings).
  • Meet external training providers / consultants and collate market practice data to determine specific soft skills trianings requested by management.
  • Run compliance reports on training and ensure completion standards.

  • Maintaining of AP India HR Website.
  • Support the HR Manager in facilitating and leading Employee Engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Responsible as determined by HR manager to support the internal and external audits.
  • Essential : -

  • Must have MNC experience.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in HRBP role.
  • Should be conversant with latest HR practices.
  • Travel would be involved (at least 20% of the time)
