The Data Engineer serves as advisor to the sales force, customers and potential customers regarding the resolution of technical, scientific or engineering issues that affect the sales, installation and utilization of organization products and or services.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsibility may include design and configuration support for customer network infrastructures. Requires technical network knowledge as well as the ability to work with sales to resolve problems or respond to special customer requests.
Proposes changes in products and / or services that result in cost reductions and increased sales. May prepare operating manuals, references or training materials for customers and the sales force.
May design specialized applications for a specific sales channel. Environment Support and develop an SDWAN implementation utilizing AT&T’s Flexware product.
The Flexware platform will be deployed as HA and support VNFs for the Vyatta router and Palo Alto firewall. Nature of Contribution-

Education and Qualifications :
BS or MS Degree in Engineering, Math or Science preferred or equivalent related experience.
Additional Information :
Customer Facing Role. 3-5 years service delivery experience across all product lines. Extensive Customer Care Experience.
Strong English Skills. Working Hours : 8-5 US EST with flexibility to work out of hours when required to support customer needs.
Location : Bratislava, SlovakiaContract : UnlimitedSalary for Slovakia from 2450 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
