About the Role :

The primary responsibility of this position is to be a trusted TechnologyLearning Partner as part of the CAO & Technology Training Team supporting Global Technology (GT) in achievingits strategic business objectives, through a robust learning strategy that is globally consistent and scalable.

The technology training partner will work closely with client stakeholders, content and digital design specialists and other shared services program teams to identify, source, and design solutions to address learning needs and skills development.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Effectively consults with technology leaders to understand strategic organizational priorities and specific business challenges
  • Formulates the learning strategy by identifying needs, leveraging existing CAO & Technology Training solutions as appropriate and addressing the client’s training requirements
  • Implements consistent, efficient and impactful global learning solutions; drives continuous learning behaviors
  • Collaborates with Shared Services Training Team, including Digital Learning Services, in executing the training strategy, utilizing best-
  • in class curriculum content and facilitation

  • Effectively partners with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Business Stakeholders & other Support Functions in developing and executing the learning strategy
  • Engages with client subject matter experts to design and deliver learning solutions, validate content and evaluate firmwide learning resources
  • Creates learning solutions consistent with adult learning theory, JPMC Learning design principles, and modern delivery methods that effectively achieve learning objectives
  • Leverages early and continuous feedback through prototyping and testing to reach consensus with project sponsors and SMEs
  • Identifies learning program measurement and evaluation strategies including learner reaction, knowledge gain, behavior change and impact on business results. Communicates results
  • Builds a strong learning culture across Global Technology by engaging and enabling business and technology managers in developing their teams
  • Ensures Global Technology leverages the learning JPMC platform to support employees in maximizing their performance and career potential through a variety of learning opportunities
  • Analyzes training results and metrics in order to report business impact to client stakeholders
  • Stays current with the latest learning innovations, product offerings and training solutions and using a consultative approach with clients and stakeholders to recommend learning solutions
  • Understands the full suite of JPMorgan and CAO & Technology Training learning solutions, development programs and skills development resources;
  • matching these solutions to client / stakeholder learning needs

  • Travels, as required, to meet with clients and / or help support various learning events
  • Qualifications, Experience & Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, financial services, HR, L&D, education or similar
  • 5-7 years of experience performing learning instructional design, development, analysis and related tasks. Exposure to current training methodologies is an advantage
  • 5-7 years of experience managing large, complex projects
  • Proven consulting, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship and meeting management skills
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Ability to contribute as a member of high performance teams in a project- and deadline-driven environment
  • Organized, able to prioritize work, and able to balance multiple competing priorities
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Displays the highest professional standards, operating with a commercial mind-set and high client centricity
