Experience working in a multinational financial services firm, mostly in insurance or reinsurance Excellent understanding of Insurance and Reinsurance concepts for Property & Casualty Business Excellent understanding of reinsurance contracts and contract wordings Strong control environment background and expertise with a focus on right first time, on time Engage proactively with stakeholders to ensure risks are identified and managed accordingly Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written skills are essential Proven staff management skills Team player with history of building collaborative working relationships Excellent time management skills ability to handle multiple priorities, organise work and meet deadlines Excellent MS Excel knowledge with experience using pivot tables, v-look-ups and data management and presentation (report preparation and related presentation).
