As a Bank Executive, you will be helping customers with savings accounts and helping them with understanding other banking products and services available to make their work easier.
Part of your role will also be required to sell to prospective clients and increase business from existing customers. You will be required to provide high-quality customer service while maintaining good customer relations.
Handling complaints and customer queries also are a part of your dat-to-day activities including some clerical tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
You possess Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline and have at least 2 years experience working in a Retail Bank environment.
Prior work in sales or customer service would be a plus.
You understand the offerings a retail bank has and have good knowledge of using banking softwares.
You are empathetic to customer complaints and issues, and have a critical problem solving approach.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that help you forge strong relations with clients.
You also have collaborative abilities that help you at efficient workplace management.
