8 - 12 Years’ experience in QA
At least 3 years of experience as a team lead / manager
Experience with Web / Client-Server Application testing
Experience with automation tools, Selenium, cucumber and / or experience with Java or Perl programming
Document all Test artifacts including Test Cases, Test Plans in the Test Case Management System.
Analyze Product and Customer requirements to create end-to-end test strategy and scenarios.
Write, review and implement test plans and test cases (Manual and automated)
Experience with and understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL).
Must be comfortable using standard UNIX utilities to do testing and identify issues.
Experience in testing Trading Platforms(preferably FX)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Very strong communication, troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle especially Agile methodologies
Self-motivated, quick learner and creative problem solver, organized, and responsible team player
Work closely with team members and with other teams to ensure quick resolution of Customer reported issues. Research technologies and methodologies which will improve our test practices
