Job SummaryOverview of the position : This position is responsible for handling statutory compliances, payroll management, compensation & benefits for the organization.
Responsibilities and DutiesResponsibilities and Duties : · Handle the payroll process for the organization. · Attendance verification and finalization.
Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues / concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
Inspect and audit all payroll to guarantee that awards and legislative compliance are observed. · Hold and release salary within time frame.
Responsible for full and final settlement of employees. · Ensure a balance of monthly accounts and forward reports to the organization’s accounting unit.
Handle systems and recommend modifications or upgrades as and when necessary. Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risk or non-conformity issues. · Responsible for statutory laws affecting Indian Payroll viz.
PF, ESIC, etc. · Collaborate and monitor enforcement of standards and regulations. · Identify and mitigate possible HR compliance risks.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practice in compliance control. Andheri East, Mumbai
