Job description :

  • Aiding clients in their healing journeys by acknowledging their unique needs and predicaments, and tailoring suggestions to their requirements.
  • Holding perceptive and empathetic conversations with potential clients, in order to understand their requirements. Maintaining the necessary boundaries, and nudging them in the right direction by suggesting products as appropriate.
  • Assuming the responsibilities of invoicing and packaging, while adding a touch of personalisation as and when needed.
  • Billing orders, and carefully preparing them for delivery. Personalising the packaging for clients, and ensuring that the necessary instructions regarding the maintenance of products are properly conveyed.
  • Carrying out follow-up sessions post-delivery, wherein client satisfaction is ensured and complaints are duly received.
  • Role definition :

  • Individual responsible for forming strong relationships with clients, before and after sales.
  • Deliverables :

  • Aiding clients in their healing journeys by acknowledging their unique needs and predicaments, and tailoring suggestions to their requirements
  • Assuming the responsibilities of invoicing and packaging, while adding a touch of personalisation as and when needed.
  • Carrying out follow-up sessions post-delivery, wherein client satisfaction is ensured and complaints are duly received.
  • Utilising the feedback given to ideate for systemic and individual changes in the organisation’s approaches.
  • General understanding and execution of operational procedures and administrative duties as and when required.
  • Knowledge of in-office procedures. These include reviewing the order placed, cleansing and charging products, sending them to the laboratory, labelling and segregating, and finally, inventorising them for Avaesa.
  • Performing administrative duties when needed.
