Associate Managers in this role will be :
Guiding the team- Lead the team each day to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Strengthening relationships - Establish and maintain solid communication with clients and team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and exceed expectations.
Increasing Morale- Ensure effective motivational programs are in place and recognitions are frequently earned.
Impacting the bottom line - Develop solid and effective strategies through analysis of reports and employee reviews to maintain and exceed expectations.
Job Responsibilities :
You will create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
You will work with the data patterns and identify solutions to streamline business processes.
You should have an ability of understand health insurance policies and guidelines and provide guidance on denial management
You should have a thorough understanding of claims management.
You should be able to document requirements, analyze and model requirements
You should have an ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
You should have a very good understanding of Revenue cycle management
Qualifications / Skills :
4- 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Healthcare SME
Should have excellent Analytical skills
Should have deep understanding of US Healthcare Insurance policies
Should have minimum 3 years of experience in working with Claim denials
Should have an excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Should be process oriented with great documentation skills.
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
Shift Timings - 11 : 30 AM to 8 : 30 PM IST (* based on business requirement need to support client)
