SU M M A R Y OF ROLE :

TheConsumer and Marketing TechnologiesDepartmentis the IT Engine that delivers robust solutions to Kimberly-Clark’smarketing teamsby working with the appropriateinternal and external resourcesincluding vendor partners.

Our goal is to deliver innovative, efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet enterprise needsthereby drivingbusiness growth and profitability.

TheSFSCSolutionArchitectwill be responsible forarchitectingSalesforce Service Cloud implementationsthat seamlessly integrate with other marketing platformsin line with the global digital platform vision.

The architecthas thekeyresponsibility for theSalesforceServiceCloud (SFMC)technical stack,maximizing the adoption of the platform and its core capabilities.

As a hands-on expert, the SolutionArchitectwill providetechnical oversight fornew SFSCimplementations as well as addition of new capabilities to existing SFSC implementations.

This role will work withappropriate global teamsto ensure compliancewiththe enterprisesecurityguidelines.The SolutionArchitectwill be accountable for the identification, tracking, mitigating, remediation, and verification ofSFSCsecurity vulnerabilitiesglobally.

The right person for this role is proactive with stakeholders, a self-starter who can work under broad direction, and passionate aboutdelivering world-classdigital productsthatenable the business to optimize operations to maximize the value of K-C investments.

Key Accountabilities :

Facilitate the leadership vision aroundrolling out SFSC capabilitiesby taking a platform approach to architecture and implementation.

Architect SalesforceServiceCloud(SFSC)based platform, frameworks, customizations, integrations, and reportsto drive the business outcomesand the platform vision.

Implement repeatable and scalable business processes based on best practices in collaboration with all functional stakeholders while maintaining an emphasis on the integrity of the systems.

Provide technical insight and guidance to the implementation ofSFSCcapabilities duringplanning and execution.Strive to minimize customizations by coming up with creative alternatives.

Implement SFSCinitiativesadhering to the development standards and best practices, committing to the agreed timelines, and ensuring quality metrics are met.

Participate in the implementation of new technology platform / capabilities, including performing code walkthroughs / review to ensure digital developments are compliant to the standards and security guidelines.

Resolve technical issues, regularly communicating with thebusinessteam on the status of the issue resolution.

Own relationship with delivery partners through full lifecycle of support, including reviewing technical proposals to approve technical effort and considerations, onboarding (as needed)etc.

Understand the digital tools roadmaps and capabilities to provide a consistent user experience across all digital properties.

Maintain and evolve cultural awareness; act with global fluency. Adopt a test and learn, fail fast mindset with calculated risk taking.

Continuouslyupskillonneeded functional and technical skills required to meet K-C’s growingdigitalportfolio and changing technology needs.

Ensure insight and understanding of best practices and keeping pace with competition and peer companies.

Key Qualifications and Experiences :

B.S.degree. A master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

10-15years of continuous experienceimplementingdigital solutions.

Domain experience in digital marketing is preferred.Strong functional background that providessolid understanding of CPG business along with detailed technical knowledge of industry leading systems and applications in the digital marketing areais an advantage.

At least 5 years ofworking experience with SalesforceServiceCloud (SFSC) is a must;anin-depthunderstanding of core and extended capabilitiesoffered by the SFSC ecosystem is expected.

3 years in a Salesforce development role; including Apex and Visualforce developmentis desirable.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Modelis expected.

Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScriptis expected.

Experienceinbuilding Custom Objectsand integrating Salesforce with external systemsis a must.

Exposure to other Salesforce cloud platformsis an advantage.Salesforce certificationis aplus.Data driven marketing mindset is a big plus.

Stronghands-onexperience in architectingand implementinglarge scalecustomer supportsolutionsthathelpedachievethe desired business outcomesis expected.

Ability to move between high level architectural review / design and the roll up the sleeves level ofactuallydoingall phases of acustomer supportdelivery projectis expected.

Demonstrated experience in absorbing complex digital information and communicating effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiencesis a must.

Experienceworking indigitalprojects and / or programsusingAgile / Waterfall methodologiesis desirable.

Strong facilitationandcollaborationskills required. Must display resiliencyand conflict managementskills.

Experienceworking withvirtual teamsacrosscultures and time zonesinside andoutside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.

Good understanding data privacy and data protection regulations is desired. Experience securing PII data adhering to regulations like GDPR is a big plus.
