Your duties :
Responsible for ensuring the performance of reporting team.
Ensuring timely delivery of all the projects.
Reviewing and Approving of various documents prepared by Project team.
Reviewing project progress in terms of Engineering, Ordering, Despatches and Receivables.
Participating in project review meetings with clients / consultants.
Review of technical requirement before negotiation.
Finalization of commercial terms & negotiation with suppliers by ensuring the order within budget.
Responsible for engineering activities such as plant layout, ducting and machine design.
Preparation of progress report & review on monthly basis.
Allocation of team for successful completions of awarded projects.
Planning & Identification of critical items & activities and on timely execution of awarded projects.
Motivation & arranging training of team to increase the competency.
Maintain confidentiality and highest secrecy.
Your profile :
Experience 15 to 20 years
Qualification Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from top Indian or international engineering college.
Experience in Project Management, Procurement & Engineering preferably in heavy industry and last 5 years as HOD.
Responsible for engagement of over 50 plus employees.
Must have an exposure in the Cement industry
Good spoken and written English
Knowledge of German language shall be an advantage
Ability to think analytically, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team
