Help desk- Handling queries related to the tools used by the Legal team & Ensuring Closure. Providing accurate and timely resolution of operational and technical issues relating to different workflows created in the tool.
Reaching out to stakeholders and ensuring closing the long pending requests.
Ability to understand the business requirement to create new processes / workflows in the tool. Testing the new workflows, conducting UAT, rollouts and training support to business teams.
Automating workflows for different processes and liaising with the tech teams for changes and enhancements as required.
Maintain change log register for Tracking the status and changes required to existing workflows, managing the outstanding tickets with the vendor tech team for unresolved issues.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
A strong work ethic and a high level of productivity.
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
Build strong partnerships with all internal / external stakeholders that allow end-to-end seamless delivery and good interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and collaborators like IT teams, tech teams, etc.
Create a Dynamic template using Adobe acrobat Dc pro.
Maintain an inventory tracker for all the templates we have on Legal folders and ensure all the templates are standardized.
Ensuring the data sources used in the tool such as Entities list, countries list, etc, and active directory level information is updated at regular intervals.
Creating reports for the Legal Ops Team.
Managing permission levels in the tool and ensuring that both staging and production versions are updated, and backups are maintained.
Ensuring e-signatures tags and data tokens are accurately updated in Datasource templates / Document builder.
You must meet : (Qualification and exp)
Graduate in any Degree.
Ability to perform detailed work consistently, accurately, and under pressure.
Microsoft experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Flow and Power BI) with advanced knowledge of Excel & MS Flow.
Added advantage - Experience in Adobe application and Sharepoint Creation.
