The role will primarily manage the full cycle of recruitment activities, including establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers by understanding their talent needs and providing hiring recommendations.

He / She will work closely with post recruitment HR team on proper handover of candidates’ data and documentation to ensure a consistent and comprehensive recruitment experience.


  • Work with business to identify current and future talent needs and develop recruitment plan in accordance to business needs
  • Manage the recruitment process end to end
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline to include identifying appropriate resources and tools, coordinating recruiting events (e.
  • g. campus recruitment) and sourcing activities, managing vendor relationships and the referral process

  • Effectively communicate updates and recruiting progress with all stakeholders and proactively keep others informed, as appropriate
  • Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, education institutions and industry associations
  • Provide timely and regular recruiting reports on employment activities
  • Ensure compliant to internal processes and procedures for hiring and onboarding
  • Work in collaboration with other recruiters as a team as and when necessary

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a recruiting environment, with proven track record preferably for IT positions.
  • Candidate who possess software development recruitment experience will be an added advantage

  • Prior experience of utilising different sourcing techniques i.e. LinkedIn / job portals / social media / / search firms / referrals
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability and desire to service customers using keen listening, questioning, acknowledging and informing skills
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to build strong relationships and work with a team approach
  • Maintaining high degree of attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Independent, self-starter and able to work directly with hiring managers
  • A team player who can work well with all levels
  • Previous experience working with applicant tracking systems (experience with Taleo Enterprise would be advantageous), including experience working on CTC computations
  • Computer literate : competency in current MS Office packages along with technical terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
