Roles and Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for : -

  • For achieving Sales Targets
  • Prospecting re-distribution stockist & aggressive distribution expansion.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2-5 years of Sales experience in FMCG industry.
  • Must have excellent geographical knowledge of Sawantwadi Region.
  • Must have strong personal relation with the distribution network of his area.
  • Must have excellent selling & retailing Skills.
  • The individual should be a visionary, strong planner, and have good situational leadership skills to succeed. Most importantly he must have an entrepreneurial doer mindset, and possess the ability to overcome people and process challenges that development initiatives can present.
  • The Sales Representative is the one focal point whose passion, perseverance and leadership is responsible to enhance overall organisational revenue and growth through the successful execution of the sales and distribution initiatives in his Area / Territory.
  • Candidates from FMCG industry only preffered.
