    Technology Infrastructure (TI) , part of the Global Technology & Operations organization, consists of more than 6,600 employees worldwide.

    With a presence in more than 35 countries, TI designs, builds and operates end-to-end technology infrastructure solutions and manages critical systems and platforms across the bank.

    TI delivers industry-leading infrastructure products and services to the company’s employees, customers and clients around the world.

    Workspace Services (WSS) Deployment and Maintenance Operations team is responsible for deploying tested core / security patches to the banks desktop environment.

    Team also involves analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving the technical issues and last mile remediation effort. Thereby ensuring 100% compliance to underlying policy.

    Job Description*

    This Deployment & Compliance Operations resource required to support workstation vulnerability management including the patching of P1 / P2 / P3 GIS rated vulnerabilities.

    Resource required to assist with critical vulnerability management configuration activities.


  • Support critical patching activities on workstations
  • Work on incidents for end user machines (Desktop / Laptop / HVD / Thin Client) and resolve them within specified timelines
  • Analyze and identify root cause, develop solution and have them implemented
  • Thoroughly know and skillfully support desktop patching
  • Troubleshooting application issue like MS-Office products, Oracle, MS Visual Studio etc.
  • Working on reports based on Excel and preparing presentation based on PowerPoint.
  • Coordination with cross functional teams, users & GIS function to resolve complex issues and derive permanent solution.
  • Requirements*

    Education* : Any Comp Graduate / Bachelor or Master Degree in Science / Technology (preferred).

    Certifications If Any

  • ITIL, MCSE Certification
  • IT Security Domain certification

    Experience Range* : 4- 6 Yrs

  • 4-6 years of diverse experience in Information technology domain
  • 2 - 3 years working in a Bigfix environment with 20K+ endpoints
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in working on desktop troubleshooting
  • Mandatory skills*

  • Good exposure to patching on endpoints
  • Advanced proficiency in windows desktop troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Windows batch and scripting languages (Batch files, VBScript, PowerShell.)
  • Ability to investigate and resolve various patch related issues
  • A good understanding of complex infrastructure (servers, network, firewalls, applications.)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Products.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work load.
  • Relentless -strong desire to see things through to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Quick learner and adaptability to changing business requirements
  • Networking basics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
