About the Role :
Your role as Business Development Manager would be to profitably grow Client in all lines of business (Recruiting, Consulting, staffing, IT marketplace and new business lines as they get added).
You will execute on exciting Go-To-Market strategies to acquire new customers across corporates, SMEs channel, and retail.
What makes the role more challenging is that you would develop skills in pricing, product GTM along with collections.
This role would report directly to the Sales and Marketing Head.
What You'll Do :
Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
You will also leverage the Inside Core team.
Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that help achieve assigned sales targets.
Work closely with group heads to ensure product mix is maintained at an optimum level.
Support the heads in conducting fortnightly / monthly performance reviews with clients and understand the business potential, growth opportunities, and client business trajectory.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Network through seminars, conferences, and events whenever necessary and open to travel frequently.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
What You'll Be Responsible For :
Develop and handle a sales book through hunting new corporates.

Graduation + Post Graduation (MBA).
