Hi,Greetings from Prisha Management Services !!!This is with regards to Opening for Sales Consultant for an upcoming UV sanitization product with an Construction & Machinery Manufacturing Company for Below mentioned Locations.

  • Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Indore, Raipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Patna, Goa, Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Vishakhapatnam, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Jabalpur, Aurangabad, Bhopal, Vijayawada, Kanpur, Faridabad, Nagpur, Coimbatore, GuwahatiFIXED SALARY on Consultancy basis - In Metro cities - UPTO Rs 65,000 / - (10% TDS Applicable) & In Smaller B cities - UPTO Rs 45,000 / - (10% TDS Applicable) Depending on Expereince.
  • But they have to work full time for company. They cannot be working on any other assignments.INCENTIVES-0.5% of basic sale value through Dealers / Distributors on full payment realization.

    2% of basic sale value sold directly to end customer on full payment realization.Only 15 days notice period on either side.

    No PF / ESIC. No Leaves as they are appointed as consultants. Only 8 National Leaves as per company policy. Only Sunday Holiday.

    Attendance to be recorded on HR software. If they take holiday, salary is deducted.Own Bike or Car compulsory. Daily travel allowance of Rs 250 for bike and Rs 350 for car.

    Mobile sim given by company and bill paid by company. Mobile instrument they will use their own. Also Laptop they have to use their own.

    Company will not provide. But compulsory daily reports have to be sent or else will be marked absent.Company existing Offices in Mumbai, Noida, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkatta, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune.

    Table space will be given.In other locations -Work from Home.Work profile-He has to appoint new dealers and distributors in their city and nearby big cities.

    He has to train them and monitor their daily activities and manage their orders and payments.He has to manage the stock in godown and manage the transportation to customer at lowest cost.

    He has to go and personally sell UV machines to the big corporate customers.He has to hire one ITI service engineer of electrical background and ensure that demos and repair of machinery is done.
