JOB DESCRIPTION This role reports to the Head - Supply Chain & Logistics at ADD. Key responsibilities includes overseeing imports of goods, receiving, shipping, warehousing, customs clearance and ADC clearance.
Divisional Supply Planning Coordinate with Supply Planners at European Distribution Center in Germany. Consolidate site supply plans into Master S&OP file Complete gap analysis between current supply plans and financial plans Facilitate monthly US & AV Supply Reviews Determine AV OPS volumes for PLAN, UPDATE & LRP Coordinate supply chain matters with Strategic Manufacturing on technical transfers Act as divisional liaison with manufacturing sites in regards to technical transfers Scope may be responsible for non-technical supply-related project management Divisional Inventory Management Interaction with the Marketing and Commercial teams for inventory reduction and delivery of customer service expectations.
Lead effort and provide directions on achieving high product availability while minimizing finished goods inventory level.
Financial Accurate projection and reduction of Distressed Inventory (Excess & Obsolescence). Develops plans for Plan, LBE and LRP packages.
Provide monthly monitoring and reporting on key inventory metrics Provide inventory planning, strategy & optimization recommendations Determine and track AV target for Days On Hand goal Identify opportunities to reduce excess and obsolescence Conduct annual inventory summit Policies Adherence and Audit Compliance Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Co-ordinate with Global Purchasing Services to implement all Global Purchasing Policies and Procedures Adherence to Corporate Purchase Policies and Code of Conduct Facilitate Audits (Internal, External, Statutory, System, SOX etc Periodically review and track implementation of recommendations by various auditors JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education Bachelors degree in engineering MBA preferred Supply Chain and Project Management certifications preferred Experience 10 years of supply chain in import procurement of regulated healthcare products (preferably diagnostics products).

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with customer-driven focus and sense of urgency. Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command on SAP.
