Supporting the finance department in the UK, you will be responsible for :
Reconciling e-commerce sales made on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay etc.
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable tasks and maintenance of the ledgers.
Apportioning costs to correct cost centres and sales channels
Daily bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts in multiple currencies.
Finding and correcting errors
Assisting with cash flow forecasting
Driving and supporting continuous improvement of the role and wider team processes
Month-end journals and P&L analysis
You have at least 5 years experience in accounts, particularly dealing with a high volume of transactions daily,
You are an expert in Excel (VLOOKUPS, IF, SUMIF, pivot tables, text to columns and more)
You have experience working with and analysing the P&L
Experience with Xero cloud-based accounting software will be advantageous
You pay excellent attention to detail and are able to evolve with the job role
You are result-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
