CrowdStrike is looking for a Analyst International Payroll as our payroll team is expanding. This position is designed for a strong team contributor, analytically strong, numbers driven, detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our Interntional Payroll team in our SSC-Pune, India.
About the Role : You need to be a team player and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure our Global payrolls are processed on a timely and accurate manner.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role and you will take on interesting and challenging responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both size and complexity.
This role will be a key part of the successful growth of the Finance department and located in our office in Pune, India.
Processing and managing the day-to-day assigned Interntional Payrolls Experience is must. Vendor managed payroll experience will be a plus Review data on new hires, terminations, employment status changes, tax changes, deductions, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, special pay, etc.
Responsible for providing the information and coordinating with Vendors / Payroll Systems Good in payroll reconcliliations and closures.
Process and reconcile all payroll related statutory deductions, employee benefits like OT, PTO, etc. Responsible for Salary Bank file recon and payment process Responsible for GL Accounting, Acrual Reporting, Fund forcasting Ensure periodical and annual payroll tax filings are complete and accurate and filed timely Should handle Equity transactions through payroll Stocks.
RSU & ESPP Responsible for Payroll queries on the Chat box and Ticketing system Support Internal and External Payroll Audits Support Monthly payroll matrix on payroll delivery & Query management Should be proactive in handling and closing yearend activities of payroll till delivery of Yearend Income Statements & required filings Assist with special projects as needed What You’ll Need : Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 5+ years of experience with APAC & EMEA with a high-growth, fast paced environment Strong understanding of payroll systems, payroll statutory, earnings and deduction codes, GL mapping.
Knowledge of ESPP, STOCK, RSU is a plus Ability to handle multiple country payrolls and be proactive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Ability to effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, including all levels within the company Individual must be organized, analytical, detail-oriented and energetic Experience with the following systems is preferred : Workday, NetSuite, SQL / SAP based payroll system A self-starter and team player who could approach job with a can do attitude Shift time 2pm 11pm IST.
