GDS &Market Ops summary :

As part of theMarket Operations Support team, the Senior Analyst would handle multipleresponsibilities by providing operational support for various activities likeReporting & Analysis, Program management, Delivery management, Client relationshipmanagement etc.

The role requires a relevant work experience, workethics and attention to detail with focus on quality andtimely delivery.

The role also requires effectivecommunication skills including communication over emails and virtually, aimingto support the business and its leaders, especially Partners and Senior Management,through reporting, data analysis and providing insights.

Essentialdeliverables and processes include :

Strong business communicationand coordination skills

Performing weekly / monthly Sales& Pipeline and Revenue reporting

Meeting Coordination - Coordinatingdifferent stakeholders meetings and events for account review, revenueplanning - help with taking minutes and sharing insights during meetings

Acting as the SPOC forstakeholder to access various GDS functions

Quick learner - understandingof the EY / FSO construct

Business acumen - Handling thequeries raised by the business teams and educating the team on how to use thedashboards to derive better insights

Building and compiling decksfor leadership meetings and events etc

Monthly reporting, Scorecards,compiling and maintaining various lists; Tracking and analysis

Power BI / Data visualizationskills for automation and more advanced reporting

PMO for projects and programsincluding L&D, new tool rollouts etc

Responsible for developing andcommunicating crucial performance weekly / monthly dashboards to the wider team

Performing chaser activity forPipeline hygiene

Knowledge of creating workflow in automationtools like Alteryx, programming languages like Python and working with MS flow,power apps will be added advantage

Potential team lead activities, if and when scope expands

Various adhoc projects

Experienceand qualifications :

  • Post-graduate - (Business Administration,Finance, Information and Data Science, others) with 6+ years exposureto business process management (BPM).
  • Mandatoryskills & attributes :

    Excellent reporting andanalytical skills Previous experience and proven ability to read, understandand sanitize the data, build reports / dashboards and provide insights from thedata, excellent data handling skills, capable of identifying probable areas ofautomation and implementing them

    Presentation andfacilitation skills - Ability to drive meetings, build dashboards / presentationsthat interpret the data, creating valuable business insights and delivering themessage to the stakeholders

    Project coordination Capableof engaging in effectively multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectivesof their programs / initiatives

    Work under minimaldirection / supervision - Be accountable for projects assigned, take completeownership and drive projects end to end

    Be responsible for reviewof deliverables produced by staff as part of quality assurance

    Business acumen andadaptability Capable of quickly understanding the needs of the business, involve in sharing strategic insights andbe able to align with changing customer expectations

    Quick learner - Ability tograsp or quickly understand the process, objectives / intricacies of projectsand move to delivery mode in a short span

    Process improvement Identifyopportunities to optimise the process for quicker TATs, better quality, moreinsights etc

    Attention to detail - Utmostimportance to numbers, formatting etc

    Multi-tasking capability -Effective time management andprioritization

    Excellent Communication -Listening, reading, writing & speaking skills

    Experience working withBusiness leaders / leadership groups

    MS Office skills : Advanced level experience in Excel reporting & PowerPoint.

    Knowledge of Data Visualisation tools and ability to build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau.

    Exposure with Big 4 or leading consulting firms isa huge plus.
