About the role -
As an Innovation Consultant your expertise will help Concentrix's clients align their people, processes and technology with a business strategy, and vision, for future success.
Concentrix Innovation Consultants work proactively with clients, Concentrix Sales and delivery teams to solution and deliver on innovative solutions like Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots, QA Automation, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics , etc.
Based on the client's strategic objectives, you'll improve performance across their business through reshaping processes, transforming the organization, and using enabling technology effectively.
As an Innovation Consultant, you are a trusted business advisor & change agent, responsible for working with clients to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage.
These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement or knowledge. You'll use best practices, benchmarking, and consultative tools to identify, align and change the factors that affect organizational performance, stability, and teaming, to develop comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations.

Support delivery, account management, sales teams in problem solving and driving business growth
Opportunity Identification by conducting detailed Process Discoveries & / Customer Journey Mapping
Develop Innovative solutions which helps in addressing the identified people, process, technology opportunities.
Lead innovation related discussion with the clients during pre-sales meetings, client orals, Due Diligence, site visits, business review meetings, innovation councils and Consulting engagements
Work closely with project management, IT, delivery teams to implement solutions as designed and monitor results / impact.
Create a culture of problem solving by imparting trainings
Identify new technologies which can help us improve CNX & / our client’s business processes
Improve existing technology assets / offerings by contributing in refining product backlogs and by supporting POCs.
4-10 Years of overall experience
Experience in Banking Transformation
Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Service & CX business & associated channels
Strong expertise in industries / domains like Automotive; BFSI; Consumer Electronics; Energy and Public Sector; Healthcare Services;
Insurance, Media & Communications; Retail & eCommerce; Technology; and Travel, Transportation & Tourism
Solution Building Business Transformation Roadmaps
Transformation / Process Re-engineering (RPA, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean / Six Sigma)
Strong understanding of AI enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc)
Expertise in conducting Process Discoveries & write Process Design Documents
Lean Six Sigma BB / MBB Certification
Agile / Scrum Certification
Experience in Organization Change Management
Experience in Agile Methodology
Experience in Customer Journey Mapping
Very good understanding of Design Thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English and Mandarin
Excellent Presentation and Use case story boarding skills
Very strong internal and external stakeholder management
Strong Power Point and Excel skills
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Ability to travel up to 25%
