About the Role :

  • The BharatPe Creative and Brand team will build brand love and inspires action through thoughtful design, vibrant storytelling, and delightful experiences.
  • We are built like a small agency and are here both to uphold the brand and service the marketing teams who need our support.
  • We focus on all three of the elements- App, Web and QR Sticker.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large organization and understand the complexities and considerations inherent in extending creative platforms across diverse markets.
  • They would have the exciting opportunity to help shape our brand with this extremely important merchant audience.
  • Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Good written and expression skills.
  • Should have a creative mind to come up with new ideas for campaigns.
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
  • A solid understanding of how communication design can contribute to a larger brand and business strategy.
  • Displays the ability to effectively communicate information ideas in written and video format.
  • Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to collaborate with a large team and take direction.
  • Role :

  • Brand Development.
  • Design create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
  • Oversee design (ie : Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
  • SEO and Generation of inbound traffic.
  • Cultivation of leads and sales.
