Job Description

Qualification : BE(ECE / EEE) / MBA (HR) or MSW with 3 - 5 years of experience in Training & Development domain

Job Responsibilities :

Training Need Identification

Consolidation of the training needs

Meeting the CFT Training Co-ordinators and analyzing the training needs received

Preparing the Actual Training Plan (ATP) and deriving Quarterly Training Plan(QTP) and Monthly Training Calendar

Training Conduction (Training intimation, Feedback collection & Consolidation,Training Effectiveness analysis)

Various report generation (Objective calculation, Employee-wise report etc.,)

External Training conduction (Coordination with external service provider, FIN,ADM etc.,)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Very good interpersonal skills
