The primary objective of this role is to be involved in the QA activities hands-on and to manage the QA team and work with development teams on feature cases and requirements.
Some manual testing to help maintain and improve the products will be required.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes, and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
Leads a specialized area that may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and / or functional peer group managers.
May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of quality assurance.
