Help us expand our development team as we ramp up to the next level. This will initially be a full-time Recruiter position, but after 1 year you will have the opportunity to expand your role into other HR functions.
The successful candidate has experience hiring and growing teams, good oral and written communication skills, able to work independently.
Responsibilities Source and recruit top software development talent for the company from job portals, recruitment fairs, etc.
Pitch the company and follow-up with potential candidates, increase brand visibility in colleges and social media, organize recruitment drives, etc.
Be a part of the "culture team" to foster an awesome work environment for the team. Qualifications Undergraduate degree (degree in HR is a plus) Minimum 1 year experience with hands-on recruiting with a proven track record Good oral and written communication skills Organized and enthusiastic - must have a positive attitude Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals is a must Familiarity posting to Social Media is a plus
