Candidate will be aiding entire Marketing operations effort for the digital business unit at Enphase India . This position is based out of the Enphase office in Bangalore, India.
Job Description
India is a very strategic market for Enphase globally. We are searching for a Marketing operation executive, who works alongside the regional and global teams as well as the cross functional teams to develop, drive and manage business marketing (D2C) strategies for India.
In this role, you will be part of the India team and will primarily focus on driving adoption of our products and assist in improving distribution across the country.
Work with cross functional teams and internal teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the purchase experience
Own creation of marketing programs, and multiple key traffic drivers, to acquire new customers.
Conceptualize, design and execute online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness of our products.
Develop, test, and execute aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition
Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives.
To be successful, the person will have to be able to deliver operational excellence with analytical vigor, foster innovation and be able to work both independently and as a team player.
Manage overall business reporting for leadership discussions.
Can ruthlessly prioritize strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges, and manage through hyper-growth.
This position is in Bangalore, India and will work cross functionally with the sales, customer services, design, admin, communications, and agency partners.

Desired Qualifications :
Stellar communications skills with ability to own things end to end.
Skills required : Customer Support tools like SFDC, MS Dynamics, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word
Experience in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
Ability to be successful in a complex, globally scaled product, sales and engineering environment.
Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, managing internal stakeholders, and presenting to executives
Ability to roll up your sleeves to ideate and come up with solutions and see them through to the finish line.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, comfort in dealing with a dynamic business environment
Strong receptivity to feedback and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
Relevant experience of 4-6 years
An MBA from reputed institute.
