The Team Marketing Technology (aka MarTech) : MarTech team is responsible for the technology & experiences driving PayPal marketing activities touching millions of customers worldwide.

Team is on a transformational journey to consolidate disparate tools onto a common marketing platform that can automatically drive intelligent decisions about the next best action for any given customer based on how they interact with PayPal products & services.

    Salesforce Marketing Tech Lead Consumer (B2C)

    Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

    Job Description, T-Profile :

    B2C tech lead will be responsible for leading design, development, testing & delivery of various marketing activities across the full lifecycle for Consumer segment on Salesforce.

    Depth Type : Deep

    Experience working with various marketing components on Salesforce such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud, CDP, Interaction Studio, Datorama & Tableau CRM.

    Well versed with Salesforce Einstein capabilities (engagement scoring, messaging insights, send time optimizations, copy insights, content selection, product recommendations & next best action decisions)

    Hands-on understanding of SFMC’s data extension architecture, integration & automation capabilities.

    Knowledge of best practises in administering Salesforce ecosystem for large scale contacts (Billion+)

    Solid API management skills with multiple years of experience working with SOAP & REST APIs.

    Agile mindset and knowledge of DevOps, CI-CD tools & process is a must.

    Breadth Type : Narrow

    Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi & Mulesoft.

    Knowledge in setting up & managing ingest / egest data pipelines.

    Good knowledge of architecture patterns for Security, Data and Applications.

    Digital Marketing domain.

    Education & Experience required :

    Computer science degree and Salesforce developer certifications

    14+ year engineering experience in Agile environments implementing SaaS solutions

    Essential experience in managing multiple small / medium workstreams in parallel.

    Digital marketing experiences a big plus
