Position : JR / SR / Lead / US IT Recruiter

Qualification : Any graduate or post graduate

Timings : 7 : 30 PM to 4 : 30 AM (India time) (Monday to Friday). EST Sat & Sun are fixed off.

Salary : Market based + Recurrent Incentives (Highest among Industry)

Work : Onsite, T Nagar Chennai.

Job & responsibilities : -

  • A Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with 1 to 8 years experience on US Recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.
  • Should have experience in US Staffing before.
  • Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills
  • Hands on experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter
  • Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams and HR Partners.
  • Expertise in sourcing / Tracking through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups / Projects.
  • Efficient in handling bulk requirements with direct clients and implementation partners.
  • Proficient in using online tools(Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.)and social networking websites like LinkedIn, Facebook for searching candidates.
  • Working experience withW2, 1099 and Corp2corpCandidates.
  • Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
